Once an option has been purchased or a request has been submitted, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are possible.

Purchased options or allocations
Token claims
Blockchain-related services
Fees paid for processing or handling
Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature.
Coinubex is not responsible for:
Incorrect wallet addresses
Wrong blockchain networks
User errors during submission
Losses resulting from incorrect transaction details
Tokens or services sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered and are not eligible for refunds.
All values displayed in USD are used for calculation purposes only.
USD does not represent stored funds, fiat balances, or withdrawal claims.
Refunds based on displayed USD values are not possible.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, solely at the discretion of Coinubex, such as:
Proven technical malfunction directly caused by the platform
Duplicate payments confirmed by internal review
Any such decision is voluntary and does not constitute a legal entitlement.
In cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback attempts, or violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued.
